Baptism

On average we celebrate over 40 baptisms in any given year.  Our baptisms take place either at the 10.30am Sunday morning Mass or at 12.00 noon.  If you wish to have your child baptised please ask for a Baptism form when you attend one of the Sunday Masses.  Once the date has been set our Catechist for Baptism will visit you in your home to go through the meaning of Christian Baptism and the responsibilities involved. Also they will go through what is needed for the Baptism and an explanation of the Baptismal service

NEW BAPTISTERY
The renovation of the original Baptistery has now been completed with the font now in place.    The first Baptism's were celebrated there  on 15th October 2016
